Mini 14

Mini-14 rifle, introduced around 1973, developed by L. James Sullivan and William B. Ruger a scaled-down, civilian-friendly version of the M14. The Mini-14 aimed to offer a reliable, gas-operated, semi-automatic rifle that is lighter and less expensive than the M14. While it shares some traits with the M14, particularly its gas system, it also incorporated cost-saving measures like an investment-cast receiver.
